The Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management. As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting.

What will you do
- Requirement gathering, gap analysis, developing solutions, unit testing, SIT and delivering projects
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Working closely with functional consultants to ensure successful completion of the project
- Supporting the expansion of BU reinsurance by supporting hiring talents for the BU in India and training teams if required
What Experiences You Should Have
- You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- You have strong presentation skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in ABAP Reporting includes classical, ALV Reports and Dialog Programming
- Designing and developing, data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps and in formatting the output of SAP documents with multiple options.
- Modification/Creating new Smart forms & Adobe Forms
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP Object Oriented Programming.
- Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports)
- Hands on experience on ABAP Web dynpro and workflow
- Knowledge on ODATA, Fiori, UI5, CDS views and ABAP on HANA
- Experience in SAP for insurance modules will be an added advantage
