Description

We are seeking a motivated SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to start their careers in SAP development. The successful candidate will assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP applications using ABAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP environments.
• Analyze and optimize existing ABAP programs for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects and contribute to system integration and testing activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP applications.
• Create technical documentation for developed programs and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and development environment.
• Experience with data dictionary objects (tables, views, data elements, domains).
• Understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Web Dynpro, SAP Fiori, or SAPUI5 is desirable.
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques in ABAP programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
