ABAP Technical Anchor (Primary Skill - Product Development Secondary - Program management)
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Work closely with product owners and product anchors to establish an inclusive product roadmap for S4.
Lead the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements, work closely with functional consultants and product owners to derive an overall solution.
Handle the release and cutover.
Analyze the need for customization and prioritize the RICEFW objects and size them.
Ensure the product roadmap and prioritization is aligned across other product teams.
Create prototypes or Proof-of-Concepts wherever required to demonstrate feasibility.
Integrating the IMG IPLS system with other enterprise applications using APIs, webservices or batch as required.
Enhancement framework experience (BADI, etc)
Interface and data exchange programming (IDocs, EDI, RFC, Web Services, ODATA, CDS view). Involve in development of APIs and be proficient in driving interface solutioning and discussions with stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the IMG CRM system.
Collaborating with the functional team to understand and implement business requirements.
Ensuring the system is performing optimally and securely.
Developing/ Managing custom code and scripts to extend the functionality of the system.
Experience/Knowledge in Agile Methodology, CI/CD process is required.
Technical Skills required :
We are looking for ABAP Technical Anchor with the following skills:
Strong Knowledge and experience in ABAP development programming & methodologies.
Ability to independently handle developments, perform holistic feasibility analysis and possess good understanding of development standards, limitations, performance optimization techniques.
Should possess complete knowledge of every phase of implementation including creation of business blueprint, implementation, data migration, cutover and go-live
Ability to discover what is valuable, usable, and feasible acting in the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.
