We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in ABAP and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in SAP environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs based on functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP programs and SAP modules.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for better performance and efficiency.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and HR is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, Workflow, and Smart Forms.
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Ability to analyze and debug ABAP code effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
