We are hiring CA qualified candidate with 20 years of experience into perishable food items may Will oversee all aspect of Finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance, and controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and risk management activities.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow, investments, capital structure, and funding strategies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. Drive operational efficiency through financial discipline and data-driven decision-making.
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards Liaise with external auditors, regulators and financial institutions.
- Support board of directors and audit committees with financial reports and presentations standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of data and information.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
- Represent the company in financial discussions with external stakeholders.
