Sample Developer (Export Home Furnishing)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sample Developer (Export Home Furnishing) based in Noida. In this role, the Sample Developer will design and develop product samples in line with customer requirements and market trends. They will collaborate with design teams, manage raw materials, ensure quality in sample making, and oversee timelines for quick and efficient sample production. The individual will also coordinate with artisans and production teams to maintain the integrity of the brand's design and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing and developing samples, along with a strong understanding of textile and rug-making techniques.
• Experience in working with artisan teams and managing production workflows effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to guide sample development strategies.
• Knowledge of export standards and quality control processes in the home furnishing industry.
• Relevant experience or educational background in textile design, home furnishings, or related fields is preferred.
• An innovative mindset with an appreciation for traditional craftsmanship is highly valued.

Salary Range: Rs.25,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
