IFC Ventures is building a premium, luxury skincare and cosmetics portfolio designed for discerning consumers and professional environments. Our focus is on high-efficacy formulations, refined brand positioning, and strong professional endorsement through top-tier salons, dermatology-led clinics, and luxury spas across India.

We are now looking for a results-driven Salons Partnerships Manager to establish and scale our presence across premium salons nationwide.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on salon sales role, not a desk job.

You will be responsible for onboarding premium salons, driving professional product adoption, and building long-term commercial relationships across India's top salon and spa networks.

If you've sold professional skincare, haircare, or in-salon treatments before, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Onboarding & Expansion (Primary Responsibility)

  • Identify and onboard premium salons, salon chains, luxury spas, and skin clinics
  • Drive trial-to-adoption of professional skincare products inside salons
  • Build presence in Tier 1 and select Tier 2 markets
  • Ensure consistent product usage, visibility, and reorder cycles
  • Personally manage key salon accounts and chain relationships

2. Professional B2B Sales & Distribution

  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle:
  • prospecting presentations trials negotiations onboarding
  • Work with distributors, salon aggregators, and regional partners
  • Structure salon pricing, trade margins, and incentive programs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly salon channel targets

3. Salon Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with:

  • Salon owners
  • Chain heads
  • Trainers & senior stylists

Conduct regular salon visits for engagement and order closure

Handle commercial discussions, stock planning, and renewals

4. Product Education & In-Salon Enablement

Train salon teams on:

  • Product benefits
  • Treatment protocols
  • Differentiation vs competitors

Conduct demos, workshops, and stylist education sessions

Support in-salon activations and launches

5. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop

  • Track competitor brands, pricing, and salon trends
  • Share on-the-ground insights with leadership
  • Contribute to professional product and protocol development

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience

  • 410 years in professional salon sales / spa distribution / B2B beauty
  • Direct experience working with:
  • Premium salons or salon chains
  • Professional skincare or haircare brands
  • Proven ability to onboard salons and drive repeat orders
  • Strong understanding of salon economics and decision-makers

Good to Have

  • Experience with luxury or dermatology-backed brands
  • Existing salon owner/chain relationships
  • Experience across multiple cities or regions

Skills Required

  • Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills
  • Comfort with field sales and travel
  • Ability to build a salon network from scratch
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and execution-focused
