Known for its rich historical legacy, the brand has served notable figures such as Queen Victoria, Sir Winston Churchill, and Oscar Wilde, and was even present on the Titanic. While embracing its distinguished heritage, Truefitt & Hill focuses on the modern man by offering a complete range of premium grooming products, including shaving, fragrance, hair, and bath essentials.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at our Truefitt & Hill location in Chennai. This full-time on-site role includes managing staff, ensuring top-tier customer service, maintaining salon quality standards, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious grooming experience for clients. Additionally, the Salon Manager will be responsible for team hiring, addressing customer inquiries, and helping drive the growth and reputation of the brand.

• Proven expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care services is required.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering positive client relationships and maintaining service excellence.
• Experience in Hiring and staff management, including training and supervision of team members.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and salon operations effectively.
• Ability to lead a team and uphold brand values, ensuring a quality grooming experience for every client.
• Prior experience in luxury salon management or a similar setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in cosmetology, business management, or a related field is preferred.
