Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for the position of Salon Manager. The Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage and motivate staff, and maintain quality service standards. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, implementing salon policies, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, overseeing customer experience, and hiring and training team members to align with the company values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care services, with the ability to guide and train staff in beauty and grooming practices.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in Hiring and managing salon staff, including training and performance management to maintain professional standards.
- Knowledge of business operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industries.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining a positive environment.
