Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Salesperson based in Ranchi . The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Key tasks include conducting site visits, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting monthly sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on solar technology trends, maintaining after-sales communication, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of Renewable Energy, particularly solar solutions and product applications
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct Site Assessments and provide Energy-Saving Recommendations
  • Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Resilience, target orientation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred
  • Experience in solar energy or renewable energy sectors is highly desirable
  • Fluency in relevant local languages is an added advantage
