Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team on-site in Bhopal. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored product solutions. Responsibilities also include creating and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands collaboration with internal teams to optimize customer experience and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
  • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of branding, merchandising, and customer behavior
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in the apparel, merchandising, or branding industry is a plus.
