About the Role
We are looking for a motivatedSales Representativeto promote and sell ourRetailPOS & ERP software suiteto retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and multi-outlet businesses. The role involves interacting with prospects, demonstrating software solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers throughcalls, emails, and field visits.
- Conductproduct demonstrationsof our POS and ERP software to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from oursoftware product suite.
- Preparequotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with theimplementation and technical teamsduring the sales process.
- Learn and stay updated on thecomplete ERP and POS product offerings.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills inEnglish and Hindi(Tamil is an advantage).
- Interest intechnology, POS systems, and ERP software.
- Ability to explain software features clearly to business owners and managers.
- Basic understanding ofsales processes and customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel forclient meetings and demonstrations when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience insoftware sales, POS systems, or retail technologyis a plus.
- Familiarity withretail or restaurant operationsis an advantage.
