Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Thane. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing ones, and achieving assigned sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, presenting product solutions to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales. The role requires collaboration with a dynamic team to meet market demands and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and persuasion skills with the ability to identify leads, pitch products, and close deals
- Interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills for managing leads, sales activities, and client follow-ups
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs and finalize agreements
- Familiarity with the market or industry-related products is a plus
- Proficiency in basic sales software and tools
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Science with Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience:
- 2-3 yrs of Hands on experience in Food ingredients/ Chemicals/ Polyol Chemicals will be added advantage
