Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and developing strong customer relationships. Key daily tasks will include presenting and promoting Tivra Energy's solar solutions, negotiating contracts, providing pre-sales and after-sales support, and fostering client satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams, the Salesperson will ensure solutions are tailored to client needs while maintaining business growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B, B2C, or solar energy sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy technologies and renewable energy industry trends
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic reporting tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work in diverse terrains and climatic conditions; flexibility to travel as needed
