We are committed to helping our clients achieve their career goals through practical and industry-relevant training.

Role Description:

As a full-time Remote Closer, your core responsibility will be to lead high-trust enrollment conversations with warm inbound leads, those who've already shown interest in getting to 25-50LPA.

This is not a freelance gig. We're looking for a performance-driven professional who treats sales like a craft and wants to build mastery in it.

Your Mission:

• Drive 10L/month in new business revenue
• Close 10+ units of our Offer every month
• Lead 45 qualified sales calls per day, 6 days/week (100120/month)
• Achieve a minimum 10% live close rate on Zoom
• Follow up with non-buyers using our reactivation systems
• Keep CRM and tracking sheets updated daily

KPIs & Metrics:

• Call Show Rate: 80%+
• Live Close Rate: 10%20%
• Daily Call Load: 45 inbound calls
• Weekly Hours: 50 (TueSun)
• Availability: 11 AM 8 PM IST on Slack

Compensation:

Base Pay (Draw): 15,000/month

Commission: 10% on cash collected

Bonus: Extra 2% for Paid-in-Full clients

Expected Earnings:

• 80K1L/month @ 10% close rate
• 1.6L2L/month @ 20% close rate
