Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leads Management o Maintain and track the leads on daily basis o Maintain the database with proper comment in ERP o Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media (as per the set process) o Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Attend sales inquiries o Cold calling on leads and schedule visit at project site (as per the set process) o Attain the client with warm welcome o Focus on customer delight experience throughout the journey o Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities o Set up meetings with potential clients, listen, understand & evaluate their need and concerns

Project presentation o Identify the Need of the client o Accordingly conduct the presentation o Client visit at sample flats and amenities o Maintain note on FW cycle

First-time data input in CRM o Enter the lead detail in ERP on daily basis o Description should be in detail and complete o Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Inventory Management o Ensure the availability of stock like brochure, leaflets, pamphlets, audio or video tools for sales and demonstrations

Follow up management o Maintain timely FW cycle with the client o Sent greetings message or reminder to client one day before the meeting schedule

Improve the overall sales experience o Sales office and ambient must be clean, neat and hygienic o Maintain typical and sample flat ready to visit o Conduct daily visits to maintain project ambiance/safety o Coordinate with technical staff, marketing staff, or any concerned department on relevant issues o Provide relevant files/ data to customers. Coordinate and plan in advance with the planning department

Channel partner management o Maintain a strong & healthy relationship with the channel partner o Continuous in touch with customer's feedback o Update channel partner on any updated communication received from the customer

JOB SPECIFICATION

Sales experience from real estate preferred Having 2- 3 years of sales process experience (from any stream) Good communicator and presenter Client grievance identification & management skill Having sales consultant skills, not sales man Graduation is a must Good at MS Office products
