Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Assam, India. The Salesperson will actively engage with clients to promote and sell Bajaj Life's insurance products, offering solutions tailored to their financial needs. Primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting consultations to understand their requirements, presenting suitable insurance plans, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting them with plan selection, policy renewals, and claim processes.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and negotiation to drive results and conversion rates.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess client needs, analyze financial information, and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Customer Service and Consultative Selling: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and guiding clients through tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Time Management and Goal-Oriented Approach: Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional qualifications or experience in insurance, finance, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Assam region will be an added advantage.
