Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations to meet their cooling system requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including direct selling, lead generation, and deal closure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Problem-solving skills to offer tailored product recommendations to meet clients needs
• Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is an advantage
