This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to improve processes and forecasts. Additionally, the candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions to their challenges and addressing concerns promptly.

• Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
• Experienced in the construction equipment or related industrial sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and performance-driven mindset
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel as required
