Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Bilaspur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, providing tailored product or service solutions, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Regular reporting and collaboration with team members and management will also be essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify new opportunities and meet sales goals
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals
  • Customer Relationship Management skills to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Problem-solving and Analytical skills to address client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Ability to adapt to market trends and company-specific sales strategies
  • Basic understanding of sales tools and CRM software is a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates strong potential
