Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Jammu. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing client needs, presenting suitable product or service solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include demonstrating product features, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the support team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, customer relationship management, and ability to meet sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of IT solutions, including multifunctional printers, smart class solutions, and video conferencing systems
• Proficiency in understanding and addressing customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with brands like HP, Xerox, and Epson is advantageous
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
