Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at Shankh Labs on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Surat, where you will engage with clients, build long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting potential clients, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in crafting and delivering effective sales pitches and product presentations.
  • Skills in market research, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Ability to meet sales targets, develop strategies, and handle customer feedback effectively.
  • Experience in using CRM tools and familiarity with technology or software solutions is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic sales environment.
