Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying new customer prospects and building strong professional relationships. The candidate will actively generate sales leads, effectively present product or service benefits, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
  • Product Knowledge and Market Research capabilities to understand product offerings and analyze industry trends
  • Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively connect with clients, present proposals, and close business deals
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to maintain detailed sales records and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales or reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Prior sales experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is advantageous
