Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Salesperson. The hired individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining various insurance products, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and leads.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Basic knowledge of Insurance Products including Life, Health, Motor, and Commercial Insurance
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer needs
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
