This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in New Delhi. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting Polter Water Pumps products, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building client relationships, providing product knowledge, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role also involves attending client meetings, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams for effective sales execution.

• Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market research methods and the ability to identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in water pump/industrial products, is a plus
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
