Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting the platform's services, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with the team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Sales, client management, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
  • Capability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Fluency in Gujarati or familiarity with the Patidar and Patel communities is an advantage
  • Previous experience in sales or similar roles is preferred
  • Availability to work on-site in Indore
