Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Surat. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company's fire and safety products and services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires staying informed about the latest fire and safety regulations and trends to provide clients with the best solutions that meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement
- Good understanding of fire safety equipment, systems, and compliance requirements is a plus
- Ability to independently manage leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships
- Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage client information and generate reports
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
