Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored logistic solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing sales pipelines, preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time and efficient execution of logistical services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong sales, business development, and lead generation expertise.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop creative strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is an added advantage.
