Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in PAN Odisha as per requirement for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Salesperson. The responsibilities include managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and identifying new business opportunities. The Salesperson will also collaborate with retail and wholesale partners, provide product information, and ensure seamless coordination in distribution and market operations. This role requires proactive communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including negotiation, upselling, and client management
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in communication and customer relationship-building
• Understanding of FMCG products and retail/distribution operations
• Ability to collaborate with team members and partners effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG or distribution industry preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
