With 2.5+ lakh health transactions, MedoPlus operates clinics across Barabanki (Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad, Tikaitganj), offering OPD, pharmacy (PHARMACY WORLD) lab tests, insurance, health loans, Ayushman services, and eye care (EYE WORLD).

Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. MedoPlus is a recipient of FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years.

Role Summary

Responsible for driving patient footfall and revenue through channel partner management, field outreach, and local engagement, while supporting clinic sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Execute sales and field activities in coordination with the Clinic Manager

·        Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners in the catchment area

·        Generate patient leads for OPD and hospital services

·        Support health camps, outreach activities, and local marketing initiatives

·        Train and engage Channel Partners to ensure productivity

·        Coordinate with clinic team and maintain strong field relationships

·        Submit daily/weekly activity reports

·        Drive patient conversions and contribute to GHV/revenue targets

Qualifications & Experience

·        Graduate (preferred)

·        1–3 years in sales/field operations/healthcare outreach (preferred)

·        Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

·        Experience working in rural areas is preferred
