Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Jalna. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting IT and digital solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and collaboratively working with teams to achieve revenue goals. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, helping clients understand our services and offerings and guiding them in their decision-making process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, including Hardware Networking, Blockchain Analytics, or Website Development
  • Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, with time management and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
