Role Description

The Salesperson Intern | Client Lead will be responsible for promoting and selling website development solutions to potential clients. This is a hybrid, internship position based in Pune City with opportunities to work remotely part-time. Responsibilities include prospecting and identifying potential clients, presenting tailored service proposals, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the internal development team to ensure service deliverables meet client needs. Interns will also contribute to understanding market trends and identifying new business opportunities within the website development domain.

Qualifications
  • Core Sales Skills: Ability to identify leads, conduct cold outreach effectively, and close sales deals with professionalism.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Business Development: Proficiency in identifying market trends, analyzing opportunities, and planning strategies to grow business revenue.
  • Understanding of Website Development Services: Basic familiarity with web development terminologies and concepts to effectively communicate service benefits.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively with teams to ensure alignment and quality service delivery to clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment balancing office and remote responsibilities.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
