Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Rajkot. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting a variety of insurance products tailored to customer needs. Daily activities include meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals. The Salesperson will also be tasked with achieving sales targets and assisting clients with policy applications and claims processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve targets
- Proficiency in market research to identify new opportunities
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products clearly
- Prior experience in insurance or related fields is advantageous
- Basic computer skills to manage sales and document processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
