Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson with FLOWTECH POLY PRODUCTS. Based in Coimbatore with partial flexibility for remote work, this position involves identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relations, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes market research to identify trends and opportunities to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
• Ability to perform market research and identify potential leads and opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the HDPE pipes /irrigation systems or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
