Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Patna. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, presenting and promoting the company's services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver innovative business solutions to clients.

- Proven sales skills, including client engagement, account management, and negotiation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and build relationships
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and media trends
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and tasks
- Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and proposal creation
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the advertising or media sector is a plus
