Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at our Sulur location. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting property presentations, and coordinating site visits. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer relationships and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and achieving targets.
  • Client Engagement: Strong skills in customer service, relationship building, and understanding client needs.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate market and understanding of RERA/DTCP-approved properties is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple clients, follow-up activities, and achieve deadlines efficiently.
  • Educational Qualification: A degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Tamil and English) is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
