Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, providing product knowledge, and supporting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. The role also involves inventory management, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and presented to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
• Proven aptitude for sales, negotiation, and achieving targets
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for inventory and store management
• Knowledge of healthy snacking, premium products, or retail merchandising is a plus
• Basic computer skills, especially in using retail software and point-of-sale systems
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn
• Previous experience in retail or sales roles is advantageous
