Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key tasks include lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken Hindi and English mandatory (Marwari is a plus)
  • Experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and lead generation
  • Ability to demonstrate and present products or services effectively
  • Analytical skills for identifying customer needs and potential market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior sales experience, in any field (not just real estate), is a highly preferred
