Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and scheduled site visits Convert leads from Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients Present villa layouts, pricing, payment plans, and amenities Manage follow-ups, CRM entries, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for booking formalities Maintain professional communication and a premium client experience Stay updated on local market trends and competing luxury projects Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Confident and well-presented personality Understanding of real estate or high-ticket sales Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred (BBA/MBA is a plus, not mandatory) 05 years of experience in luxury or high-value sales Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply What We Offer: Competitive salary with high-performance incentives Training and development in luxury real estate sales Opportunity to grow within EkDantay Realty Supportive and professional work environment
