Job Title: Sales Executive / Relationship Manager (Luxury Real Estate)

Designed for elite buyers, including HNIs, NRIs, doctors, and business owners, the project represents a new benchmark for luxury living in Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and scheduled site visits

Convert leads from Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients

Present villa layouts, pricing, payment plans, and amenities

Manage follow-ups, CRM entries, and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for booking formalities

Maintain professional communication and a premium client experience

Stay updated on local market trends and competing luxury projects

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Confident and well-presented personality

Understanding of real estate or high-ticket sales

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel

Qualifications:

Graduate degree preferred (BBA/MBA is a plus, not mandatory)

05 years of experience in luxury or high-value sales

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
