Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting product offerings, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing product-related insights to clients. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the company's technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and explore opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and ability to maintain long-term partnerships
- Experience in sales strategy planning, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the construction sector and familiarity with UPVC products is highly beneficial
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Sales or marketing background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
