Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Salesperson and Business Development professional. The role entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the Time2Chess brand. Key responsibilities include sales management, client outreach, organizing promotional events, and analyzing market trends to develop strategies that drive growth and revenue aligned with the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management and networking
- Basic knowledge of chess and enthusiasm for promoting the game is a plus
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in business development, marketing, or sales-related roles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in event organization or promotional activities is an advantage
