Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kerala, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's steel fabrication products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with the team to meet company goals and ensure customer satisfaction will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, Negotiation, and Client Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including active listening and consultative selling
- Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Business Development
- Familiarity with steel fabrication products or relevant industry knowledge is an advantage
- Proven ability to achieve targets and work in a results-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
