Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Indore. The Salesperson will develop and manage client relationships, educate prospects about various life insurance products, and provide tailored solutions based on individual client needs. This role involves meeting sales targets, participating in marketing and promotional activities, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Candidates will also conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends to drive business growth.

- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion Abilities
- Basic Knowledge of Financial Products such as Life Insurance Plans
- Market Research and Analytical Skills
- Ability to Meet Targets and Work in a Results-Driven Environment
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM Software is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
