Key Responsibilities
Perform manual, automated, system integration, and regression testing for Salesforce releases and enhancements.
Design and execute test cases, test data, and automation scripts aligned with business processes and integrations.
Validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Experience Cloud, and custom platform apps.
Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Perform data validation using SOQL/SOSL, Workbench, Developer Console, and Salesforce UI.
- Identify, track, and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, and coordinate resolution with teams.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and recommend quality improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support Salesforce release and deployment schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of testing experience with strong hands-on Salesforce testing (manual and automation).
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform applications.
Knowledge of Lightning Experience, Apex triggers, Flows, and Salesforce security model.
Hands-on experience with Selenium-based automation and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript).
Experience in API testing using Postman or SOAP UI and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar.
Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, TestRail, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
