Salesforce Tester

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications

• Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing from user perspective across Salesforce modules

• Prepare test data and prioritize testing activities based on requirements

• Execute test cases and log defects with proper severity and priority

• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes

• Analyze requirements and participate in backlog refinement sessions

• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and testing controls

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand deliverables and testing scope

• Support incident and problem management processes with ITIL knowledge

• Continuously improve testing processes and ensure high-quality delivery
