Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and service strategy for the Indian market.
  • Drive solutions across diverse industries, including Data Centers, Transportation, Food & Beverage, and complex thermal processing.
  • Lead complex deal negotiations and build lasting relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and key industrial accounts.
  • Oversee the expansion of service offerings, retrofits, and maintenance contracts to maximize customer lifecycle value.
  • Collaborate with global Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and competitive positioning.

Who You Are

  • 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial B2B sales, with at least 5 years specifically managing teams and channel partners.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (a Master's is a plus).
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth for heat exchangers, process equipment, or thermal systems.
  • Deep insight into the Indian industrial landscape and a strong network within major sectors.
  • Excel at managing CRM pipelines (Salesforce/Dynamics), navigating P&L responsibilities, and fostering a culture of accountability.
