Job Requirements*
The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and execution of Salesforce modernization initiatives, including Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations and large-scale enterprise implementations.
Key Requirements Include
- Lead Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration initiatives.
- Define a detailed migration strategy for legacy components and ensure Lightning compatibility.
- Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and identify refactoring needs.
- Oversee the modernization of Visualforce pages, JavaScript buttons, and unsupported Classic features.
- Ensure AppExchange package and third-party integration compatibility.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities*
- Own end-to-end technical solutioning for Salesforce implementations.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.
- Develop complex business logic using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Schedulers.
- Build modern UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
- Lead Classic-to-Lightning transformation projects.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Perform code reviews and ensure 75%+ test coverage.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and backlog grooming.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure performance optimization and governor limit compliance.
