Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.
Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Skills & Experience
6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
Strong expertise in:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration patterns
