About Position
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development and configuration expertise across the Salesforce platform. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Salesforce modules, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, enforcing best practices, and guiding teams through design, development, testing, and release in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Apex, Flows, and Visualforce
- Define API integration strategies and implement REST-based integrations
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries ensuring performance and governor-limit compliance
- Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
- Determine appropriate use of Apex vs configuration (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Configure and customize Salesforce including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and picklists
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and analytic snapshots
- Configure workflow rules, approval processes, email templates, and routing rules for leads and cases
- Manage user administration, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Own modules end-to-end including estimation, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release planning
- Prepare and maintain data migration workbooks and support data loads
- Develop unit test plans, test data, and support QA testing and defect resolution
- Participate in CI/CD processes using tools like Copado or Jenkins
- Contribute to deployment, release, and technical documentation
- Administer and maintain Salesforce development environments
- Support integration data flows and entity/data mapping
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project team meetings
- Communicate status, risks, and progress with architects, analysts, PMs, and stakeholders
- Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and technology choices
- Provide on-call or production support on a need basis
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Apex, Flows, and Visualforce
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and coding best practices
- Experience with REST APIs, Salesforce integrations, and API performance optimization
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration including security, automation, and UI customization
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Jenkins
- Experience with AppExchange package implementation and management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience with data migration, entity mapping, and integration process flows
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead module delivery and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
